what you'll need

At minimum, you'll need to make it to Fayetteville, and then be able to get around to/from the ceremony and reception.

Below, you'll find additional information about flights, shuttles, taxis, car rentals, etc.  (Be sure to also check out the accommodations and to-do pages.)

Flights to xna

The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) provides convenient, economical air transportation.  Seven major carriers fly to XNA, with direct flights from Houston, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Denver, and several other major cities.  All guests are encouraged to attend Friday evening's rehearsal/cocktail reception at 7:30 P.M., if possible.

xna to the 'ville

The regional airport provides several bus, shuttle & Taxi options for getting to downtown Fayetteville.

XNA also provides all major car-rental companies. Renting a car is likely to offer you the most flexibility (including to take in some things on our To Do list).

Getting around THE 'VILLE

There are several taxi/shuttle options between the airport and Fayetteville, and taxis are available within town.  If staying in/around the downtown/Dickson St. area, there are plenty of amenities within walking distance.

The ceremony site is 5 miles from downtown/Dickson St., and the supper/reception site is about halfway back towards downtown/Dickson St.

Getting around the events

While a rental car and car-pooling will provide guests with the best flexibility, and taxi services are available in town, on Saturday we will be providing some shuttle services between The Chancellor Hotel, the ceremony, and the reception.

Specifically:

  • a large shuttle will leave The Chancellor Hotel around 3:30 P.M. on Saturday, headed to the ceremony
  • from the ceremony, the same shuttle will take folks to The Pratt Place Inn for the cocktail hour and reception
  • later during the reception, smaller shuttles will make runs back to The Chancellor Hotel from The Pratt Place Inn
